Mr Saundy my wyff hathe Sent her watter once Agayn And her payne ys in her Belly Backe & Right Sydde & Somtymes All A Bowght Showtynge And Shee is Trobled to the ground often She is a bowght Lvij yeres She hathe byne Longe in payne of her Bellee Belly And Nowe her termes ys Newe Com vnto her Sr yf yt maye Be I Besecche you Dowe her some pleasure And for my te I Ame to gyve you Thanck Som vij yeres past meaninge By gods healpe to See you at yor howse for my — Dysease wche is the vyrtygo & I Comytt — you vnto god wynslow 1606
